Return Policy
Secure Mount accepts returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products sold within the United States. Our goal is to ensure customers can purchase with confidence while providing a clear and straightforward return process.
Returns and Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange for eligible products. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items. Exchanges are also available if a customer wishes to replace a product with the same or similar item.
Product Condition
Returned products must be in new or slightly used condition and should include all original components. Secure Mount reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund or approving an exchange.
Return Window
Secure Mount offers a 30 day return window. Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the item meets the condition requirements listed above.
Return Method
All returns must be sent by mail. Customers must contact Secure Mount prior to returning a product in order to receive return instructions and the correct return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for providing the return shipping label.
Restocking Fees
Secure Mount does not charge restocking fees for returned products.
Refund Processing
Once a returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.
